Shipping Costs

UK – Free Shipping 

UK orders received by 1.00pm will be sent out for next working day delivery, orders received after 1.00pm will be sent out the next day, also on a next working day delivery)

EU – £14.99 

As of 1st July, the EU decided to scrap the pre-pay option on orders below €150 via the IOSS system and we are currently unclear on whether we can pre-pay the charges or not and whether the total order value is now irrelevant (they've also added an additional €3.00 charge for each product type in an order).

For now, if you receive charges on arrival, pay them and forward the receipt to us and we'll refund you for those charges in full. We'll update these details as soon as we have clarification on the new system. They don't make things easy...  

RoW – £14.99 (free on orders over £200)

Orders shipped to the Rest of the World, may be a subject to sales tax, duties, and customs fees, which we have no control over.

We are not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

USA orders are now shipped with all tariffs pre-paid, so there will be no tariff charges to pay on arrival.

Online Returns

You can return an item for any reason, as long as it's exactly as delivered (ie unworn, with all original packaging etc). Just send it back to our returns address - Madison 3PL, Lynda Marilyn House, Mill Green, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 6HE, UK and include the original paperwork with a note requesting either a replacement size or a refund and the warehouse will take care of it.
